Yes @sjcorne had confirmed some days ago it's indeed a Bruce Soord mix!

And I'm glad in includes both 5.1 and Atmos, as sometimes with Bruce I prefer the 5.1 presentation. I've liked other previous releases by this band, so I think I can order with confidence.

Somebody can confirm the atmos mix is included in the Blu-ray?

I've just tried to research the mix of the album on the Blu-ray, apparently it's a Hi-rez version which is not indicating any 5.1 mix...grr

Very much so, especially considering that Crack the Skye is their most surround-friendly album if you ask me. Very progressive and layered.

Very sketchy indeed. Look at the original promo note... Dolby Atmos MASTERING?

The Digital Deluxe will also arrive on DSPs, including Dolby ATMOS mastering of the studio album.

Yes, that's the reason I came here in case somebody already bought it. I had it in the shopping basket but I just wanna be sure before spending 40 or 50€. The tracklist from wich I made "copy/paste" in the post above is from the release information at Discogs and no info about Hi-rez sound (even stereo) on the promo sticker of the album.

This lack of reliable information is really annoying and doesn't invite you to buy the album.

Yessir! I'm sold on it, so it was sold to ME! My local brick and mortar store, squeezebox, procured it for the same price as amazon!

I have no local record store near my location anymore. They gave up 2020 because of corona situation.
There is a new shop at the same place, but it's a vinyl store now.

To me, the only fact that supports the possibility of Crack the Skye BD-V containing a surround mix is that the last studio album got one. Kind of. Streaming only.

Yep, I realise I'm taking a gamble Haiky but if it's successful, all good, if not, back it goes.
Still a bizarre way to publicise your deluxe package by not getting the hard facts of the Blu-ray content out there
One way or another we will find out.

Actually I've just emailed Rarewaves to see if they can answer the question.
