I wouldn't worry. I'm in the same boat and I'm sure we'll get them next week. Rhino uses the same courier as ImportCDs (UPS Mail Innovations Priority LOL) and they always take about 3 weeks.

Yeah...if you're masochistic enough to read back through the thread, you'll see that a number of us on this side of the continent have gotten identical emails (although the name of sender-bot varies; mine was "Ashley").

It seems those of us who had the misfortune to put in early orders for the bundle just after the page went “live” on the evening of June 22d--i.e. during or just before a brief period when B$B and Red Octopus were erroneously listed as "Pre-orders"--got snared in this Catch-22. If you email to ask what's up, the computer checks your order record, sees those items tagged as pre-orders, and spits back a message telling you so. If you write back to say "erm, I think that's wrong," you fall to the bottom of the queue, and you might get another auto-generated email five days later. I would say I can't believe somebody hasn't flagged and corrected this--only given Gnarlywood's track record, I can totally believe it. (Their forensic skills aren't the only things lacking.) I believe this affair is what our British cousins would call “cack-handed.”

I should have known it was a Bot sent email! Makes sense now, and I have no desire to back-read through 100+ pages of angst and grumpy comments.

Its only a few discs, and I'm sure they will come eventually, but you have to laugh at the ineptitude of this distribution, it truly is monumental.

Rhino US. I didn’t realize they had a Canadian storefront. Oops. I ordered the day they were released - not sure if they were available on the Canadian site on day 1. I’ll have to check that out with the next batch!

I dont know why but my Denon amp doesnt output any music from the right rear speakers, only the right. It only happens with these quad 4.0 discs and of course also Chicago and Dooby brothet's, all the other DTS or Dolby film or music discs play fine. Tried with differents players.
Only workaround is choosing a simulated dsp, I think matrix is the one which sounds more accurate, definitely not wide stadium, mono movie, jazz, etc.
Another solution is if I make the player output in PCM then the amp decodes perfectly as multichannel in.
Funny thing is on my older Denon amp with even older bluray players and connected with only optical cables everything is fine. On the other one player is connected with HDMI which can play in 192 hz so I dont know what the problem might be.
Any help please? Thanks a lot
