I STILL have not received my set nor any reply to my last two emails to the seller....

Funny, but I also waited forever for Spin CD to deliver this box set to me, and a couple of weeks ago I got it. They were holding the delivery because of the known flaws on the two discs. When i got it. it was the original discs and no corrected discs - go figure...

same with me a quick mail to Dr Rhino and the replacement discs arrived so no real drams just frustration at the time taken
 
Just did that after posting...haven't called the bank cause they have already charged me, so it's up to the Spin CDs people to refund me.

It doesn't matter that the bank has charged you. You did not receive the merchandise, the bank will refund the money for you. Just call the bank and tell them you paid for merchandise you never received.

That's the email address I used to request replacement Quadio disks. I didn't get any error, though I also haven't gotten a reply yet either.

I never received a response immediately after sending an email on October 3rd. Here is what I sent: I purchased the Chicago Quadio Box and would like to receive replacement discs for Chicago II and the Greatest Hits tracks. My purchase information is attached. Thank you very much!

However, on October 7th I received the following response from Rhino: I have put your replacement discs in the mail today.

Thank you for your patience.

Received the discs within 10 days following that email. Hope this is helpful :)

thanks bro. Gave it another try, now from my iPad and it works. So it has something to do with Thunderbird on my pc. I should have read the error message more closely. Anyway, looks good now.

Interesting. I took the address from the reply I got, which it seems is different to the one to contact them on. For the record punctuation makes a big difference on the bit before @, including full stops/periods, etc. It's a totally different recipient dispite the similarities, and unless they've registered different email addresses that filter to the correct one, near approximations won't count for anything. :)
