How do I extract audio from Blu-Rays now that AnyDVD has disappeared?

My workflow for Blu-ray backup is on Windows 11:

1. Leawo Prof. Media Blu-ray Copy (An alternate to DVD Fab which I stopped using). This creates an .iso file of the entire disc.
2. PowerISO, which extracts the .iso file to be read by DVD-Audio Extractor
3. DVD Audio Extractor - choose "select folder", which is the extracted files from the .iso as created by PowerISO in the second step.

A little tedius but works like a charm for me.

I should also note, that one can simply play the .iso using VLC and skip steps 2 and 3. However, to integrate into a FLAC library all of the above steps are obviously needed.
