I endorse this message. This is the Atmos mix I compare all others against. Didn't think I needed this release as I own all the DVD-As. That would have been a mistake. This mix immediately grabbed my attention like no other. Fantastic. This might be the finest Atmos mix of a classic album I have yet heard. Stunning.
I’m a somewhat more recent convert to surround sound so fortunately I was able to bypass the Larks DVD-A and go right to the 2023 blu-ray. But I have just purchased Red for the third time because of the new 50th anniversary Atmos coming out at the end of this month. I’m super excited for that one.I endorse this message. Glad you’re enjoying it! This disc is one I keep coming back to. I recently saw the David Cross Band live and he was very gracious:Finally came - this 1973 classic is so clear, crisp and clean. The "allsorts" by Jamie Muir are like sound effects floating in the air. I've heard instruments and percussion never heard before. This mix is spectacular, and you can switch back and forth between Atmos, 5.1 and stereo with each song for comparison. Hours and hours of detailed music. Great collection! Available on Amazon.com. Not 'bloated'.
