Love - Da Capo

There are plenty of mixed reviews about this album, most saying the first half is OK while the 18 minute track Revelation, that was side two on the LP, is a mess.
Well, I like the whole album including Revelation. The SQ on that track is great for its age

Pat Garrett & Billy the Goat - the Zim MoFi SACD #160

A little story about Slim Pickens.

My dad used to take me to the Folsom Rodeos back when I was a kid; and one of those times we saw Slim Pickens there riding his horse around the arena. Slim was a real horseman; he'd ride around that arena and every once in awhile would stop his horse, get off and pick up a nail or some other object that didn't belong. You could just tell by the way he rode that he knew what he was doing out there. So this album always reminds me of those summer evenings watching the rodeos with my dad. And Slim was just a one of-a-kind; ride 'em cowboy!

Japan: Oil on Canvas [Virgin Stereo SACD/Hong Kong/Pressed in Japan]

Recorded LIVE at the Hammersmith Odeon November 1982. Excellent [double] album! Very highly recommended!

BTW, does anyone have this very limited edition version [DTS 5.0]?
