How is this Adam? I have seen it reasonably priced but I am not all in on every Clapton disc. I am pleased with most but only have a few.

<Knock on wood> won an auction for some amazing sacd and will post more when I get them, but got some amazing discs for a pretty good price-- Aerosmith, Billy Joel, Jeff Beck, and more----all in 5.1!!!!!!!!!

Its had a fairly mixed reaction over the years but I love it!

Lovely warm sound, EC's lead vox hard (tho muted so it helps to crank it up) in the centre, not a whizz-bang surround mix but really opens everything up very nicely.

There's also a Clapton DualDisc (DVD-A Advanced Res) of the next album "Back Home" which I love equally as much but has a different feel to Reptile.. Reptile's bookended by two lovely instrumentals, with many songs in between featuring backing vocals from The Impressions, whereas Back Home has female BV's.. must-have's for me though, I love EC and I love surround

The Stranger is in now...this is really good. I think I need to say that again, in case anyone at all has any doubts, this is really good. Very glad I got this. I will choose my next one from my new arrivals for tomorrow. So much good surround music to pick from.

I've only played it once since I got it (very hard to find this one.. at least there's two of us here who found a copy!) but was impressed by the surround mix and enjoyed quite a lot of the music. The live tracks at the end are mixed nicely too.
