They be B&Ws - right 800 or 802Ds?

They're 802Ds. My DB1 sub is over in the left corner (out for repair - I blew it) and I have a ASW825 sub at the right front side wall.

My next project in to replace my Focal SR1000 rears mounted high on my back wall with 803Diamond (ssh, my wife doesn't know yet...)

Very very nice setup indeed !! But I gotta know what you were listening to when the pic was taken.

I took that photo a couple days back. I'd just put on my 70's surround play list so it would have been one of these two:
The Isley Brothers (3 + 3) - That Lady
Bob Marley (Legend) - Jamming

I usually put my favourite 'new' tracks at the beginning

Nice move, matching speakers will enhance the room decor and balance the feng shui...;););)

They're nothing to show off. The speaker cables are still the same industrial (used in movie theatre) ones sold to me by ChristopherLees 10 years ago! (Fat ones though :))

I bought this disc a few years back on a flea market, but is has a sticker and a seal attached to it:

Beatles front.jpg

Beatles back.jpg

Anybody knows why the sticker in the lower right corner was attached?

Bloomfield, Kooper, and Stills - Super Session (#4630)

My first time ever hearing this album. I like the content so far, and the mix sounds great. No overwhelming bass on my system.

Agreed. An excellent 5.1 Multichannel mix.

The overwhelming bass thing must be an isolated problem on the commenter's setup. Not an issue here either.

I just listened to the Anne Murray dualdisc I'll be Seeing You with a DVDA side. It is just wonderful and so well recorded. The price has dropped again to under $3 on Amazon and anyone still looking for a copy should grab one. It was up to $43 before.

One of the great female vocalists. She is a pleasure to listen to.

Doors-L.A.Woman SACD.....sing it Jim!...I don't play the Doors enough..I've become complacent...listless...lacking the will to thrill....I need to make some Mexican food today...maybe that will snap me out of my funk...maybe rice and beans...I gotta make some kind of move..I'm drowning in civility..oh no..Love Her Madly is on...gotta move fast now...I can see my shadow...not good...not good...love the organ..Ray could get it done...makes me sad that Ray is gone...he was the only one left that kept the Doors in our minds...he was the spokesman...I'm afraid the Door's will fade to obscurity...gotta replay Love Her Madly...
