Thanks for that weekendtoy. Other than the DVD-A disc, I haven't owned any DT. At $16, it's a buy. After all, walls need shaking and I regularly bump the surrounds up a bit.If your a fan of the band I believe you will find the music most pleasing. Personally, I've found the album a nice 'return to form' after two sub-par releases. The surround mix is pretty good and at times very discrete with action swirling around the room. I do turn up the side surrounds +3db to balance things out a bit. The bottom end does the job and I can't imagine one being disappointed.
DT is releasing the the Blu Ray on a CD/Blu Ray package so you don't have to splurge on the Earbook edition now to get the surround album. At $16, it's a no-brainer.
