one of the finest Quads of all-time imho. totally gorgeous and right up there with the very best surround music from the likes of Scheiner, Wilson, Clearmountain.. the channel balances are, simply, immaculate.

by this time (1976) several engineers among CBS & its associated labels (including Arthur Stoppe who mixed this one at Sigma for Philadelphia International) had really honed their craft and nailed Quad to the point they had refined it to something much closer to what we now think of as the more modern day approach to mixing music in 5.1.

don't stop with the gags until its running over me knuckles!! 😂
A Heads UP Apology for those of a delicate disposition:

A teacher is teaching a class and she sees that Johnny isn't paying attention, so she asks him, "If there are three ducks sitting on a fence, and you shoot one, how many are left?" Johnny says, "None." The teacher asks, "Why?"

Johnny says, "Because the shot scared them all off." The teacher says, "No, two, but I like how you're thinking."

Johnny asks the teacher, "If you see three women walking out of an ice cream parlor, one is licking her ice cream, one is sucking her ice cream, and one is biting her ice cream, which one is married?"

The teacher says, "The one sucking her ice cream."

Johnny says, "No, the one with the wedding ring, but I like how you're thinking!"
