Just could never get into that one musically, I much prefer the wonderfully funky Head Hunters.

musically i enjoy it for what it is, funky with some cool stuff going on, more accessible than Sextant, not as much fun as Head Hunters.

Quad-wise the Front channels are definitely duller than the Rears, particularly the drums, which may have been what people were griping about back when the SACD came out, i don't know i forget now. i'll have a flick through ye olde pages of QQ and have a rummage for grumpage

Don't think that's the surround version, which I have and I don't see it on discogs right now, here's mine. Mostly room ambiance in the rears as it's mainly just her with guitar IIRC.

Yes! The picture you have posted is the one i'm listening to (to which i'm listening!). it's not on discogs--i used the only link i found! time to update discogs, i guess! this disc is really beautiful (though, as you note, not the most surround-y of discs--her guitar is filling up the front soundstage . . . she's playing "Fragile" now)

Playing duo I believe with Dominic Miller, most folks know as guitarist for Sting, but also a classical guitarist.
