Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds -- Murder Ballads

Not a spectacular surround mix, but then this isn't exactly music that would benefit from an instruments-zooming-around-the-room approach. I'd say the mix is appropriate for the music.

Archiving what helped me stay alive (thanks Barry!) in 2011 when I was leaking spinal fluid for about 3 weeks after a botched laminectomy...(look THAT up in your Funk and Wagnalls ;) )

Back to Makino Jun and his ceramic bowls....great sonics on this...Love it cause Right Rear is the loudest channel overall...I think only ONE QQer got this which is a pity..this is a MUST IMO...you never know when you are gonna need some healing sounds and/or some SERIOUS relaxing sounds...

THE FABULOUS 2011 Remix of AQUALUNG in Superb BD~A 5.1 as remixed by Steve Wilson

I've read that Steven Wilson did this mix for the 2011 edition but was mastered by Peter Mew.
Steven Wilson did not like that mastering and did it again with same mix his own mastering for the new 2016 Adapted Edition. That time on DVD-V dts 24/96 lossy.
I have not yet compared both. Pending exercise for a JT fan.

My only problem with ALL subsequent SW 5.1 remixes of TULL is they are LOSSY and if one plays the included 2.0 [Stereo] LOSSLESS Tracks after playing the LOSSY 5.1 tracks....NO Comparison. The Lossless Stereo Remixes are, IMO, FAR Superior...in terms of FIDELITY!

Only wish a separate MLP DVD~A 5.1 was included in these lavish TULL packages to do FULL justice to Steve Wilson's brilliant remixes!
