Hawkwind - Doremi Fasol Latido 5.1 DTS-HD Master Blu-ray 1st listen, I'm loving the fantastic mix by @Stephen W Tayler. I don't like the way the two Blu-rays are just thrown in there nowhere to put them whatsoever . Yoshimi finally arrived yesterday after it's tour around Wales over the last few days, thanks to Royal Mail:rolleyes:

Los Angeles Guitar Quartet GUITAR HEROES [Telarc/Pure DSD Multi~CH SACD] This very talented Quartet pays tribute to Guitar Heroes Jimi Hendrix, Frank Zappa, Pat Metheny, Steve Howe, Django Reinhardt, Michael Hedges, Chet Atkins et alia in stunning discrete Pure DSD sonics. Highly Recommended

LAGQ's Guitar Heroes, Primary, 1 of 1

Nickel Creek THIS SIDE [Sugar Hill Records/Multi~CH SACD 5.1] Produced by Allison Krauss. This very talented bluegrass trio delivers in spades on this luscious Pure DSD recording with special guest Edgar Meyer

This Side by Nickel Creek (SACD, Jun-2003, Sugar Hill) 5.1 Surround ...
I do like the 2 Nickle Creek albums - can't remember what the surround was like, just the music!

I happened across this Steve Stevens DTS DVD-A 5.1 for a great price and scooped it up. I am a flamenco fan and was curious to listen to his take on the genre. Great guitar playing for sure, but his work won’t be mistaken for Paco De Lucia (who I’ve seen live) flamenco playing.

Still - a fun listen. Parts sounded Ottmar Liebert-ish, who’s Nuevo Flamenco album did proceed this release. Part Blue Man Group with some effects and drifting a little toward movie soundtrack - but holy crap there were places on the disc where he absolutely killed it. Worth grabbing if you come across it.

Found this short YouTube with Steve talking about how he came to do this album.

Just a heads up to anyone wanting copy of this disc. I have no connection to listing but noticed a new listing on fleabay with 9.95 opening bid. Doubt many will bid so possibly a cheap copy to someone here.

King Crimson Red
DTS 5.1 mix from deluxe set
Don't have an atmos system. Usually when I play the atmos stream it downmixes very nice but here it sounds a little lightweight so I'm sticking with the 5.1

Boy I can really hear the saxophone in one more red nightmare. So this mix is different from the old one.
