Hi everyone,

I'm doing some major housecleaning so I get to play this:

Sly & The Family Stone - Greatest Hits (AF SACD)

My first proper listen and I'm really enjoying this. I love that "chicken" like vocal at the end of Everybody is a Star.

Tonite it's Rum and for mix ?

Well it just has to be alot of YES :D

I just luv The Yes Album btw.

Last night...

I had only played it once and I really like it:

STYX

CYCLORAMA

DVD-A (Dual Disc)

Interesting...it sounds like Styx most of the time...and , to be honest, I don't miss DDYoung, Tommy and JY carry on quite well...
One thing I did NOT get was the weird shortened version with BRIAN WILSON of Tommy's "Fooling Yourself"....

I like this one too; especially These Are The Times. I took a quick and found copies between $20 - $30.

The Gluey Brothers - Stiff for the Elders - DVD-A 5.1
Not sure what to make of this lol - a cross between Cake and The Beastie Boys

Listen y'all. Not sure why there is only one mention of this album on this site (or so says google) in the deep, dark past.
This is a cool DVD-A. There is a copy on Amerzern for $5. Snap this puppy up. You won't be sorry.

Yes, that's the mention of it that le googs found. Nice to see ya alive and kickin, Mr. Bluecury!

Shame that only a few here ever mentioned that Gluey disc.. but it's a pretty obscure one I guess, like a number of those DTS produced titles they're not half bad and could do with a reappraisal.. I'm guessing like Garry a number of QQ-ers have it but it's slipped through the cracks of their collections. Ah, thanks Baggsy :)

Bob Dylan - Blonde on Blonde (Sony SACD)

I know that in today's too PC mentality I might get stoned to death for saying this, but Man am I glad Bob took the flute away from that brat!

Dylan's Blood on The Tracks finished whilst I was cooking my swordfish steak. Now I've got Blood, Sweat & Tears' Child Is Father To The Man AF splendour on. Life is good :)

Thinking about Blood, Sweat & Tears' Greatest Hits coming out in a few months and I cannot wait. :)
