Switched to Goldfrapp - Supernature - DVD-V 5.1
This just isn't my day.
Fiona Apple shows up looking like somebody played it in a toaster, with a smashed case.
Goldfrapp is missing the SACD, forcing me to play this "DVD" thing.
Bjork is a cheap RBCD duplication, not an SACD.
Zoverstocks is usually reliable, IIRC.

:yikes

You really are.

Supernature comes in SACD and DVD~V and having both, the SACD 5.1 is clearly superior. Hate when they release the same albums as SACDs and DVD~V in separate packaging (as Rhino did with the Depeche Mode remasters) because in the end, everyone, including retailers, are confused.

ImportCD is showing the SACD/DVD~V PAL as back~ordered http://www.importcds.com/supernature-sacd-dvd/094633784727

Sorry you're having a bad day, ..hey, I get pissed off with only ONE disc is wrong , but , maaannnn...you have struck out big time...

Send 'em back and make a big fuss at Amazon...

Regarding Goldfrapp, I prefer the DTS 96/24 over the SACD...

And yeah, the Bjork looks like a homemade disc ...I've seen silver colored DVD-Rs, just check the clear plastic....and go to Discogs to check just in case it's a "cheapo" repressing...

Listening to
Good Ole Ludwig..
Symphonies 7 and 8 in glorious 5.1 BD Disc
Sir Simon Rattle and the Berliner Philarmoniker

Such a lovely package...I'm really surprised so few fellow members have copped this. it's a BEAUTIFUL box with a lot of info...6 CDs and 3 BDs(all BDs are MCH 96/24)
AND
you also get to downlad as many times as you want the Stereo in 96 and 192 in WAV AND FLAC
PLUS MCH 96/24 in FLAC...

Nothing but fingerprints on the clear plastic. Printing on the CD spills off the left side, but not the right. What am I looking for on discogs? They'll have info about knock-offs?

Most of the time they have ALL the possible releases from a title...from what you're mentioning the seller tried to pull a fast one on you...not cool..

Not only will he have to pay for return postage(if he asks for the disc, which I somehow doubt), but, he'll have to refund you and you'll leave a really nice NEGATIVE feedback....

This was Zoverstocks! I'm assuming somebody pulled a fast one on them and they just passed on the item, like with counterfeit money. I bet they'll try to make it right. We'll see! They also sent the wrong 2nd disc for Goldfrapp, on the same order!

Zoverstocks on Amaozon is really good on refunds.........especially for being in Britain.

Not the quickest shipping being overseas and all, but decently quick for that trip

If there ever is a problem, they will refund the money and tell me to keep the disc without having to ship it back. Snood loves them.......

Tubular Bells Mike Oldfield 2001 SACD. The other day at work in the hall someone had the piano as a ring tone, set me off. An exceptional disc.

Lenny Kravitz "Let Love Rule" SpecWeb upmix from 1989 CD... SpecWeb works wonders with this one! (Avoid the compressed 20th Anniversary remaster at all costs, though!)

The Moody Blues - To Our Childrens Childrens Children SACD

Perfect Sunday morning music. :) Love those guys.

I had forgotten (I know, how could I ever?) how beautiful this music is.
