VIII on the other hand is a bit lame imo. There's one good tune, Old Days, but the rest doesn't sound like it's up to the band's usual standards.

I agree that VIII is probably the weakest Chicago album in the entire Quadio set, but there's more on that record that's good than just "Old Days".
Both "Brand New Love Affair" and "Never Been In Love Before" are among Chicago's best songs from this period.
Listening to highlights from the "Avalon" Multichannel SACD by Roxy Music, while wearing my "Avalon" shirt purchased last week at the Bryan Ferry show in Nashville, all while drinking some great white wine on my first full day off work in 9 days.

Hmmm, there's a DTS CD and DVD-Audio of this piggy? Seems the Amazon listing I ordered from was for the DVD-Audio, but I got sent the DTS CD. Should I complain? Technically they sent the wrong product, right? What would YOU do (WWYD)???

If you want your money back you should complain. Be aware though that you run the risk of having to return what they sent you. I've never heard the DTS CD but I have the dvda and it is stellar.
The DTS CD ain't no slouch, but I've heard the difference between, say, DD and SACD of the same album before and it's astoundingly different. So I'd bet the DVD-A of this is an improved experience.
What I'd like is for them to offer a rebate...
