The Doors-The Doors SACD...all this talk of the upcoming Doors release has driven me crazy...I need light my fire now!...to have those songs on one disc will be awesome...can't wait...I can honestly say I haven't been this excited for a hi rez release in a LONG time...listening to light my fire now...Ray was just so underrated on the organ...it just fit so perfectly in the songs...like a glove...

Labelle - Nightbirds (SACD 4.0 Quad)

Sounds nice, similar to Earth Wind Fire IMO in terms of general sound. Rears are quite active, and the music is pretty damn good. I think those who purchased will be quite pleased.

Oh yeah i had it for a while. It's great I just wish I had Avalon.
Moved on to Flaming lips.. Some pretty discrete surround between the two.

Avalon is easily in my all-time favorite top 10 surround mixes. Hopefully we'll see a complete series of Roxy reissues and this one can be found at reasonable prices again.

I've had the DM Ultra CD+DVD for over a year but gave up on listening to it because the Oppo 93 gives me a wrong region code message and refuses to play it. Tried it on the old Oppo 970hd and sure enough it plays! Its the euro version and the DVD is PAL so I think that's the problem.
