It’s on a DVD-R that was created from .flac files. I’m remembering it being from an LP but I can’t look because the hard drive it was on went tits up.

Finally, Brave from start to finish. What a great album and an equally fantastic mix. I have the impression that it gets better towards the end of the record. Made Again is truly amazing, the fidelity of the bass and bass drum is astounding.

Listening to: Steven Wilson - To the Bone

As a huge prog fan and not much of a pop fan, Bone has taken longer for me to get into, but I think I'm slowly coming around to it.

Edit: Detonation really rocks near the end, but when the music first kicks in, to me it sounds an awful lot like Kansas - Fight Fire With Fire, which is actually pretty cool. The phone dialing sound also reminds me of The Matrix.

I felt the same way with TTB, but after hearing SW in concert a few weeks ago, I have somewhat new found respect for this album. It is hard to not like anything that Steven Wilson produces, at least for me. I sure hope he puts out a concert video from this year's shows.

On May 31st Steven published on Facebook that we was already editing and mixing the concert (from the Royal Albert Hall nights) and we should expect an announcement about title, contents and release date soon (I expect an autumn release)

I listened to the DD 5.1 mix last night and was blown away how wonderful the SQ is and how discrete the mix was. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! A stunning package overall!

Ayreon Universe on blu ray is also very nice.

I'm not familiar with the band, but after watching the blu ray - I realize that I have heard many of their songs before: Radioactive, On Top of the World etc.

Today I listened to SW Get All You Deserve, then skipped around the 2 Blu-Ray's in KC Starless. When the Central Park video was over I woke up and went outside. lol.
Going in a few to hunt something else to listen to.
