What you think of Keane? I personally love it.....such memorable, personal songs. Most of them I can't ever get out of my head.....

This was a huge surprise to me. Not really into them, as after my musical heritage, which is mainly in the 60/70's.
Although having said that, I have enjoyed a whole new musical chapter in my life through this site.
This album has some very good tunes on it and yes I can see why some would stick in the head, as they are clever in their complex simplicity.
Not many groups can achieve this with just drums. piano and a singer.

Surround is reasonable too.
Yet to try the reverse speaker technique as doesn't sound too bad as is.

I expect this one has flown under most peoples radar. If you like Big Band sounds then this is a really nice set list. Only mainly echo and reverbs though with occasional rear action. Plenty of excellent musicianship on display here..imo

That's one of the DMP titles that got away. $80 + s/h used from Amazon or Discogs. I really wish DMP had released some of the Flim and the BB's RBCDs in multichannel. IMO, a missed opportunity. BTW, beerking, is it discrete or ambience in the rears?
