I might have to go that way, like you did, just can't justify the expensive BD. I did see one on DisCogs for $142.00 and my finger was hovering over the key pad and I decided, no.

Similar for me when I was hunting around for a good price on the SACD set ...believe me this DVD issue is soooo good.
Sooooo good in fact, I haven't bothered looking for the SACD anymore.
I just rip the Audio content as I'm not bothered by the live show contents and sometimes I find it distracting.
My DVD copy cost £10 brand new!!

Similarly, why would I pay a trillion dollars for Union Station Live on SACD, when the video, with DTS, sounds great?!
