We've been having NOTHING but RAIN ........The pollen count is through the roof and I'm popping Zyrtec like rainbow colored skittles.

Am currently listening to Andy Milne's Dreams and False Alarms [Songlines/mch SACD]

My listening session started out goofed up, two computers with Windows updates, needed. I was ripping Tomita and I set my ISO to stereo rip instead of Multi, got all messed up, so all good now and back on track, ripping my 4 new DV's in MCH but for now picked another 4.0 till I get caught up.
This CD sells for $79.69 and you can get the MCH 2fer from DV for what, $15.00, wow.

It does...to a degree ....but everything is sprouting as a result of the rain ...... and gee, Markie, I'm the 'sensitive type!'

You're a digital kind o' guy, Markie ........take my word .... it's more fun to 'read' about it! Besides, Q8 tracks are 1/4 of the resolution of what's contained on a QUAD Master tape.....are you really willing to compromise?

Yes, but less than a 1/4 of what was released in quad in the '70s is available on digital. Better to have it available on old formats than not at all...

And I have but one life to live for my country, Jonathan ........ NO COUNTRY FOR OLD FORMATS [LOL]! Besides, I have MORE than enough hi res formats [audio/video] to keep me occupied for many years to come .....
