Would you recommend the MFSL stereo version over the OOP multi-channel?

Probably NOT. I do have the mch version also and a great reference DVD~A player but MoFi is recommended for the stereo only layer.

IMO, the DVD~A 5.1 would be MY preferred version if you can find it at a reasonable price [and good luck at that].

Thanks! I've been following the DVD-a options for a couple months. If I see a VG copy for reasonable $, I'll snag it. It seems as time goes on, my threshold for "reasonable" changes in the upward direction.
