That link dead-ends. (Info must have been pulled.)
But anyway, it's all down to the price!
I'm definitely not willing to pay more than $300 for this set.
I guess we'll have to continue to wait for the official announcement date and see where the price ends up then.
The official announcement was leaked. Price is $475 from the Pink Floyd store.

Bet anything it'll get a digital/CD release as well.

What's up with the ridiculous price on this one? The Early Years was stupid expensive for what it was (and I say that having *finally* bought it just a week ago at a special sales price), but that was, arguably, much closer to prime-era Floyd than the 1987 and onwards lineup. Much more content as well. This will have to come down in price a *lot* for me to consider.

That's a LOT of marbles

Somebody must be buying these sets at these prices. Costs money to manufacture them

I'm sure there are a lot of PF HEADS around willing to lay out the cash .....but if one is patient, I'm sure Amazon's Warehouse 'deals' will offer them at a substantial savings .......in a few months! That Guns n' Roses $1000 'suitcase' set was reduced to $400 and if you recall, the cheaper set was just blown out at below $40 at the Gn'R store!

As for me, I'll wait 'n see if those 5.1 BD~A remixes are offered as a cheaper option. Not exactly my two favorite PF albums. Maybe the 5.1 remixes will change my mind.
