Am I the only one to think that the run length for BR1 doesn't add up?

"Blu-ray 1 Surround & Hi-res Audio Mixes 152 mins"

AMLOR: 51 mins
Division Bell: 66 mins
Endless River: 53 mins
Total: 170 mins

EDIT: Posted at the same time as rtbluray, makes more sense since Endless River is not included

The endless river seems to be only in BR6. BR1 only has got Momentary, Division Bell and the outtakes

The band's Facebook page has this to say regarding AMLOR:

This multi-media, deluxe box set presents an expanded view of the Pink Floyd story from 1987 to the present and kicks off with 'A Momentary Lapse Of Reason'. The album, presented for the first time in 5.1, has been updated and remixed by David Gilmour and Andy Jackson. The release of The Later Years project gives an opportunity for a fresh overview of the 'A Momentary Lapse Of Reason' album. By returning to some of Richard Wright's keyboard parts and recording new drum tracks with Nick Mason, producers David Gilmour and Bob Ezrin have restored the creative balance between the three Pink Floyd members.

just curious, no judgement, but what was wrong with the original drum tracks?

was it that the masters were in bad shape or was Nick not happy about how they were originally laid down/recorded?

I'd be more intrigued if Gilmour had updated some of the guitar tones too. Why leave it 1/2 '80's?

I think this wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Momentary_Lapse_of_Reason) may explain it:
After agreeing to rework the material that Ralbovsky had found objectionable, Gilmour employed session musicians such as Carmine Appice and Jim Keltner. Both drummers, they replaced Mason on several songs; Mason was concerned that he was too out of practice to perform on the album, and instead busied himself with its sound effects.[21][28] Some drum parts were also performed by drum machines.[29]

.....and the band's official store just sent out an e-mail announcing it. Their price: $455.
Still in the  musing over it phase, but it does add Delicate Sound Of Thunder & Pulse in surround which I love as albums, and the mix is helmed by David Gilmour & Andy Jackson. But  its £399 for the UK (currently $486), what concerns me if the source pricing is in US$ and the £ continues on its downward trajectory so the price shoots up - then it becomes even more expensive.

I wish the 1975 Knebworth Concert was on the discs as well it was in Quad, and I can't remember a vast amount other than I enjoyed it and the floating feeling - all day! Never went to the 1990 Knebworth, but I did see them in '94 at Earl's Court.

This set is just ludicrous. I mean, what is it essentially?

A glorified MLOR, DSOT, Pulse and Divison Bell set. If those were released individually, with the same content as this box set spread across 4 releases (basically tack on the extra live stuff with the set it fits best with chronologically), you would still be nowhere near Super Deluxe set levels as far as content. Yet it is priced like a 4 x Super Deluxe type set...not even a discount for buying all 4.

Utterly ridiculous, and a new high (low?) for price point. Pass. Or should I say "epic fail"?
