The different formats are a challenging task to wade through first thing in the morning when one is still waking up.

Went with the Amazon U.S. two-BD (or 1 DVD, 1 BD?). Might have bought from Burning Shed but it’s already sold out.

Not sure how confident I am of Amazon having something on release day when it seems releases associated with Wilson have supply issues.

While I like Wilson, I’m not as hardcore about big packages for live releases, though. Just give me the BD for video viewing and then I can rip MP3s for the car.

Great, I just ordered. No info as you say. $29.58 tax and shipping.
I would assume the DVD/BD combo? Or just a Blu Ray?
Says 2 discs, so assuming bluray+dvd since that's the only 2 disc bluray configuation that's been announced.

The almost instant lack of availability for SW's and PT's latest releases is getting beyond tiresome. Smacks of either rank incompetence or just a cynical attempt to manufacture anxiety based demand. I'm waiting for a US distributor and I'm not going to worry about "availability".
There seems to be trends and patterns forming with any SW related releases. I posted here when THC was released as UK only that he was clevering himself out of sales. Just like his cynical view on streaming and digital downloads in the past, he's trying to reinvent the wheel of how physical music distribution is done because we all know smart engineers fix things until they're broken. He's clearly hiring the wrong people (including himself) to manage this side of his small enterprise. Just look at the flop that was TFB, there's still copies available and it's been years since release. He overestimated demand for that and underestimated demand for what is objectively a very good album (and PT live tour/show). That's the exact measure of how people are usually hired or fired in media distribution, but alas we will not see SW firing himself anytime soon. He's got pride, after all. So we suffer at the hands of the insufferable frontman.

Compared to my memory of the live performance I saw last year in San Francisco, I find this a bit of a letdown, other than being able to clearly hear the different musicians. The energy doesn't really seem like it's there, despite the huge crowd. Steven's voice is clearly not in great shape. The stereo mix even seems to be lacking some mojo, despite the clarity, or perhaps as a consequence of how extreme the clarity is.
He definitely sounds a bit raspier here than in the NY show I saw that September (understandably, that's what happens when you do another month of three-hour shows), but to actually hear Nate Navarro's bass playing is kind of a revelation for me. The bass sounded like a big wall of mud from where I was sitting at Radio City.

Even though there is no real info in the Amazon US listing, I went ahead and pre-ordered the BD/DVD from them. $27 isn't a bad initial price for a BD/DVD package, and with points I got it for $18 and free shipping. I'll monitor this for more content details and other site listings, but I doubt any other distributor will better this price. Of course given the recent trends with SW releases, I'm anticipating delivery delays regardless.

I won't be ordering the 4 disc set due to a lack of information, the little that they have provided makes no sense and doesn't help to inform a buying decision. I thought the deluxe set of CC was particularly disappointing so that also puts me off. I didn't get a chance to order the single Blu-ray/DVD. Not sure how a 'pre-order' can sell out, it doesn't say 'limited' on any of them, surely if they have sold out of the initial pressed quantities that should tell them that demand is high and they need to press some more!

Ordered from Burning Shed. Though, I'm getting tired of paying the high shipping cost from them. Probably show up on US sites at some point, but I don't want to risk it.
Same here. Pre-ordered the 2CD, 2 Blu-ray edition with the 60 page book and headed out for my walk. 90 minutes later and it’s already ‘Out Of Stock’!

A US person such as my self, ordering from Burning Shed.
DVD/BD Combo $22.30 without shipping and tax.
Deluxe CD/BD Book Combo $61.96 without shipping and tax.
Burning Shed calls it a pre order, with availability with August 12, 2023??
I looked at Amazon US, and every Porcupine Tree release has been available from Amazon, so if history repeats itself, it will be available on Amazon US.
That’s December 8, not August 12 my friend!

Harridan sounds good on my equipment. Gavin's drums are impeccable, as usual. Steven's voice is a tiny bit raspy in one section but is fine overall. Sometimes you get a frog in your throat singing, and there isn't anything but time and a drink of water will do to resolve it.

I ordered the DVD/BLURAY set a moment ago, and all sets was available for me to order.

I wonder if the second Blu-Ray will be audio-only.
Indeed strange. I don't take this too serious. Why should there be any difference to the BD+DVD set?
Confusion. BD1: show inkl. 5.1/Atmos BD2 (DVD): extras. This would make sense to me.
We'll wait and watch then. It's only about one month + shipping and other delays. ;)

In all that mess, I can't see a version with a second Blu-Ray and :confused:bonus features.

Ok I saw this
