I had an order from BS go missing, and I was out of luck because I hadn't paid extra for tracking or insurance or whatever they call(ed) it. Because of that experience and their shipping rates, I've never used them again.
I’m torn.

In terms of having stuff they say they’ll have, Burning Shed is second to none. If it’s something I just have to have and know it might be limited, they’re my first choice.

But..

It is a shame that tracking got really expensive with them recently. I’ve ordered a few things without tracking and it has been fine. But I do worry about a time where something might get lost and there’s no more stock to replace it with.

The odd thing is, even though they don’t offer tracking, I do see a number show up in my Informed Delivery. It’s not something that BS tells me about in an e-mail, yet the last two packages where I haven’t paid for tracking have had a number that USPS is aware of.

If they didn't refund you, this is not a trustworthy company.

Yeah, the financial part will work itself with a good company. But for some of us, that’s almost secondary to missing out on something rare because it’s no longer available by the time you realize it’s been lost.

I wouldn't go that far. I was disappointed that my previous purchases from them were not considered, but if I recall correctly, the language on their website was fairly clear about what forgoing the extra charge could entail. I took a chance and got bitten; that's how I look at it.

In Amazon Spain appears that is not available yet. So i will wait and buy there. I had the illusion to get a signed postcard, but even is not sure that i could get one and as i said, the shipments costs are elevated.

Hi from Australia
Again, I purchased the BD/DVD from Burning Shed who have been fantastic for me here in Australia, paying about £10 for package & postage, which I accept.
However, every time an item becomes available, I rant to Amazon.au, asking WHY they don’t offer the item as a Pre-Sale like other Amazon companies around the world. 100’s of Australians are purchasing items from Overseas and paying postage, sometimes heaps more. As a PRIME member, I should be paying nothing for postage,, once an item is posted. I get very frustrated and annoyed.

Same thing here, unfortunately, because I really liked them.

Compared to my memory of the live performance I saw last year in San Francisco, I find this a bit of a letdown, other than being able to clearly hear the different musicians. The energy doesn't really seem like it's there, despite the huge crowd. Steven's voice is clearly not in great shape. The stereo mix even seems to be lacking some mojo, despite the clarity, or perhaps as a consequence of how extreme the clarity is.

I'm with you there. Seems like a somewhat muted performance or mix lacking something (dynamics?).

Stupid reply. Burning Shed is an excellent company and they are very clear when you order what options there are for shipping/insurance etc. Plus BS has excellent customer service.

They are not a race to the bottom company like Amazon.

When I ordered this from Amazon US, they had barely a description and no picture, now it has been updated.

I beg to differ. The sound quality/mix to me are really stellar and nothing wrong whatsoever regarding the energy level, rather the opposite. Steven struggles a bit with his vocals in some passages but nothing that bothers me really, he struggled from time to time also on the Home Invasion concert bluray, Permanating comes to mind.

Really looking forward to this release, especially since the live sound on the concert I attended, Stockholm, was really bad with ridiculously overwhelming base.

The Atmos mix of this on AM sounds great, with good sounding bass and drums, but maybe a little front heavy.
