Is there any evidence of a partial quad mix of an album (maybe just 1 side worth of songs) [that Rhino has access to]?

I am a little surprised there are not more rock fans asking for the James Gang Miami album considering Tommy Bolin's involvement. He wrote or co-wrote all of the songs, and was the band's guitarist at the time. I listened to it today for the first time in a long while and enjoyed it.
Here's that whole CD-4 insert for those interested. I posted it in hirez a few years ago

I think the first album was on the list as a DVD-A that was allegedly going to be released, but it never happened. Or maybe it was the third album and I just *wish* it had been the first.Am I the only one here that would enjoy Devo in 4.0 or 5.1? I would guess there is no "old" quad of anything by them but since we are speculating....

i think that may be "School Days", fizzy?There was something about a Stanley Clarke album , having quad sessions , but a quad master does not exist.

Ken Scott talked about that one being planned as a Quad release that got scrapped by the label at the last minute and so he mixed down the Quad for Stereo release only instead.
i have to say, it would have been a late entry in 1976. not totally beyond the realms of possibility but especially late in the day for an Atlantic label Quad.. i dunno, just feels unlikely.. but Ken Scott should know best!
PASSPORT PLEASE.

Further to that Stanley Clarke quad possibility..this is the response I got when I asked @ForagingRhino ;
Stanley Clarke - any ?
I came across an entry for what appears to be the DVD-A with a release date of 04-13-2004 so I would imagine it was completed but not sure. There were rumors of a Steven Wilson Dolby Atmos mix as well. I'd love to hear all The Cars albums in surround so I hope it happens some day.
The Cars in Surround would be totally rad...does anybody know why it never got released? Was it just done nearing the death of the DVD-A?

....and family is allowed to lash out at each other when it's deserved. Thank you.That was you???
It's cool. You know I'm just an "angry old boomer" who gets set off by the strangest things. You are of course forgiven, and sorry I was a bit harsh. I like to keep everything in the family and you are certainly family to me - most everyone here is.
So............NEVERMIND!!
Sounds like a great idea. I’m sure there are loads of casual fans who don’t want the entire Quadio set but would love a greatest hits disc.Would folks be up in arms about a "Chicago Greatest Hits" Quadio release?
