So the reality is nothing is free, and dark forces do abound
I write this little missive with tin foil all about
I will elude the thought police as long as I can
But should there ever come a day when I'm no longer around
Remember most these lines you read
And what you failed to find out
;)

Turn 'em on, turn 'em on
Turn on those sad songs......................

Gotta say that I only recognized a couple of those albums. But if we’re going to make our own nominations, I’ll add Richard Harris “A Tramp Shining.”

This time we almost made the pieces fit, Didn’t we?
This time we almost made some sense of it, Didn’t we, girl?
This time we almost made our poem rhyme
This time we almost made that long, hard climb
Didn’t we almost make it this time?

It shouldn't be at this point I guess. But it still amazes me the lengths people/hackers will go to, to steal your money.
Sorry, worthless, craven bassards. There is nothing noble about what they do, they are simply criminals living on our dime.
A few months ago they tried to hit me on PayPal and Amazon. Was a very very crappy experience.

if these shiteheads would put as much effort into a real job / profession as they do being a criminal, the world would be a better place.

I'm sorry to hear that. I've had it happen with credit cards and my checking account. I've also received a credit card that someone else applied for trying use my identity. (The issuing bank already had identified it as fraudulent by the time I received the card). That's when I went into Experian, Equifax and Transunion and put a lock on all my credit. At least now no one can try to take a loan or get approved for any card because having your credit frozen is a major red flag. I also keep a card with a low credit limit to use for online vendors I'm not sure about. And above all, always pay with cash whenever you can (especially restaurants and places where they take your card for a few moments). The less of a trail you leave the harder it is to be chosen.
Paranoid you say?
Damn right!
Half the population is trying to get you to spend your money on their product. The other half is trying to take it.

The rat problem wont get fixed until the trash problem gets fixed. Most of the city was built without alley ways so where can they put dumpsters & proper trash pick up? They don't. It ends up in big smelly piles on the street.

This what I saw-everywhere- when I visited a few years ago. There's supposed to be a very short time frame (I think overnight) that all the trash is supposed to be picked up. I think there are exceptions. And anyway it just builds up in the course of a business day anyway. So Pizza Rat & his buds will no doubt continue to live large.

Wow that could eat my cat and more.....in my neighborhood we do get possum and raccoons gong thru the yards in addition to squirrels.....
I live 35 miles from NYC in the suburbs and have seen possum, red foxes and even coyotes in my back yard and last year a big brown bear took up residence in our local cemetery ........

As MAN builds more and more [and MORE] where else are these poor critters expected to 'roam?'

We've literally encroached on their habitats!

I have about 5 1/2 acres in the country. Lot of hunting in my area. I have nothing against people hunting that eat what they hunt, don't get me wrong. I've enjoyed a good backstrap or deer steak from time to time, although I do not hunt at all anymore and have no desire to.
I often have a lot of deer grazing on the back of my property, which is bordered by 40 acres of pines, and the front of my property is a regular trail for deer moving from one area to another.
During hunting season, the deer are constantly moving across my property, and they are welcome to seek shelter in my woods or wherever they like without fear from me or anyone else. Often Does will snuggle in out in my woods for a rest. I enjoy their company and all wildlife (except snakes, sorry, can't handle them but don't bother them as long as they go their way and keep booking on)
We have so filled up the animals habitat with development. I guess including my own home. But I keep half my property untouched and wooded for the critters, and a couple of acres I'm starting to let go as nature sees fit. Plus it's less work for me. Win win.
