Mid-80s pressing. Sounds wonderful, except for the nasty pop during "Going to California".

I cleaned off the dust, only to find this unplayable with too many pops, crackle, skipping, becoming stuck and repeating. Not to mention a rather large hump. This is the first album that has been unplayable out of all my albums awaking after a 50 yr slumber

How interesting... I just ordered that LP an hour ago. Except for a best-of CD, I’ve never owned any of Al’s solo albums.

But I was buying an SACD from Acoustic Sounds this morning (Bad Company, Straight Shooter in their Atlantic 75 series) and wanted to bump up the price to get free shipping. So I got this one by Al and the first Allman Brothers album on vinyl.

(And I’m ignoring the fact that if I had just stuck to the SACD and paid shipping, it would have been cheaper than what I spent to get free shipping.)
