If the Yankees win and either the Mets or the Dodgers win, it will still be a subway series as far as I'm concerned. Sorry L.A. but you can take the Dodgers out of Brooklyn but you can't take Brooklyn out of the Dodgers.

Whole Lotta Love yesterday. And - yup - the Cards looked and played poorly. GB is no slouch. Wow - look at the NFC North !!! Crazy. All 4 teams are playing great ball. That GB Oilers game should be good. Two young talented QBs battling it out. Houston is not quite 'there' yet. Ida thought they would more dominant this year. They're not. Ive not consulted with RickyPicks yet but I think Packers win.

Thank you Ricky for the compliments. GB's defense is making the difference so far this year. Producing lots of turnovers!
The upcoming Houston game is going to be a tough one. Packers play well @ home but they are due for a loss. I don't know which way I'm leaning in the game.
When the NFC North teams start going head to head then thing's will start sorting themselves out.
I was looking at the playoffs set-up & see it's 4 division winners & 3 wild card teams get in. So it's possible that all 4 teams could get in. Not very likely though! But that would be nuts if it did happen..... A lot of tie breakers in effect would be my guess!
Sorry to hear about Hutchinson's injury. Great player! Any player hurt is terrible.
I pray for his full recovery!

Tho I do feel a bit sorry for McCarthy. But what did he expect was going to happen working for J. Jones.....
Maybe he should have turned down the HC offer & waited for a better one???
I do wish that tonight's game was on ABC... I'm not going to be able to see it!

Update: I just saw that the game is going to be on OTA TV. Great!

showdown in the NFC North this Sunday. The undefeated Vikes versus my Lions. Not gonna lie, dont like the metrics of this one. Minny coming off a bye week. Playing at home . Lions coming off an easy win - heads perhaps a little inflated. Hutch out for the season. Will be a difficult game. I dont know.....

Wow, Bills blew it @ the end of the 1st half giving up the easy Hail Mary TD to the Jets. IMHO, I'd have rushed Rodgers instead of dropping 9 into coverage. He still has a good arm....

It was more lucky than gutsy. Not many times is the opposing kicker going to hit the goal posts 2x. Then again, Hail Mary plays seldom work, unless you are playing the Bills, of course. Remember Hail Murray anyone?

The refs took that game over and called it tight for both sides. The pre-snap stuff was getting ridiculous, especially for the Jets.

At least nobody got injured.

That is the best Rodgers has played in a long time. But I gotta say, he's not the answer for the Jets. Bryce Hall doesn't impress me either.

I think all this stuff is going to cripple them financially for years and they won't make it to the promised land. Last night's loss puts the Jets probability of winning the division at 10% Next week the Jets travel to Pittsburgh. Let's see if Rodgers survives that pass rush.

This is coming from a non-fan to Jets. I did watch a good chunk of the game and it seems like Rodgers has minimal protection. If that's true, he's gonna get crushed, and get hurt. Not a good situation for a guy his age.
