Lions are on their way to win !

Detroit defeated the San Francisco 49ers in Week 17, 40-34. With the "Monday Night Football" win over the NFC opponent, the Lions made NFL history.

The Lions' latest victory is their fifth game of the season with 40 or more points and zero turnovers, the most in league history.

The NFL's official social media account posted the news with the caption, "The Lions make history with a truly insane stat."

Oh boy, that was hard to sit and scream for 3 hours.
Moody doesn't miss 2 field goals and one extra point which is 7 points and Niners walk away with a win.
Al the fans including me where yelling **** You Moody at end of game as he walked off.

All eyes glued for the Sunday Night 5:20 Pacific Vikings at Lions.

I am sticking with a Lions/Buffalo Super Bowl, the winner of that I don't care, just want a great game.

Mahomes, oh geez, somehow/someway you can never forget about him.

@marpow- Markie, the 49ers really stuck in there & played well for much of the game. I really thought they had a chance to win it.. but yes, the missed kicks & INTs were killers!

He is a great coach!

I like him too. My one criticism is he sometimes follows the bravado in his heart rather than the intellegence in his brain. It often works out for him. But like any gambling venture, the house wins in the end.

What was it that Brady was saying? Something about when you go for it on 4th down instead of kicking the field goal: If you don't make the 1st down, the emotional boost you give the other team can cause you problems.

Good thing Boise is back in the contest…for my sake. I told Mrs. Surround that we had to watch it because it was going to be a really good game. She was needling me when it was 14-0 early.

It seemed to me that Boise would have needed to play a mistake free game to win, while PSU had enough additional firepower to overcome their mistakes.

Regardless, it was a great run for your team this season, barfle.

Two missed field goals, three turnovers and a tied-up Ashton Jeanty, who still got 100 yards. Not how you win football games.

Fiesta Bowl today! Boise State Broncos are undefeated in Fiesta bowl play. But then, so are the Nittany Lions.

Ashton Jeanty feels he has something to prove, especially after Colorado flopped earlier this week.

I’m not predicting an outcome, but it’s going to be a scrap.

Penn State’s D came to play - they did exactly what their coach said they would do before the game - no arm tackles & swarm to the ball.
I know you are a Boise State fan - so sorry for the loss.

OSU is destroying Oregon 31-0 with still six minutes left in the first half.

I’m glad that I watched Texas vs ASU. It was an exciting second half and the game went into overtime.

You have to wonder about this CFP rule where major conference winners get automatic first round byes.

The CFB expanded playoffs / seeding program is in beta testing. (Then again, so is MakeMKV and it has been working a lot better than the CFB playoffs. LOL)

They had only lost one away game this year to a team that had an undefeated record until yesterday. So, while they always took advantage of the home field, it wasn’t vital to their success.

We had an awesome year. Punched well above our weight, even when playing much larger schools. I’m proud of our team and anxious to see what’s coming up. I know out superstar is going to the NFL (surprise me, please!), but we have a multi-talented QB and four excellent receivers, along with a defense that loves to sack.
