disappointed with the DVD-A from day one..

I think I got spoiled with a load of Warner classics on DVD-A (Rumours, Hotel California, etc) all being so amazing, I was expecting this to be in the same league and it isn't sadly.

Yeah, but I had to get it just 'cos there's hardly any metal out on surround. The fact that you can still buy it retail from the band's website is a major bonus.

disappointed with the DVD-A from day one..

I think I got spoiled with a load of Warner classics on DVD-A (Rumours, Hotel California, etc) all being so amazing, I was expecting this to be in the same league and it isn't sadly.

Overall, it is disappointing but I still love to crank "Nothing Else Matters" on this dvd-a. No other version in any format compares to the dvd-a version even with all of its faults.

Won Steely Dan's Two Against Nature last night on Ebay. I'm excited as I missed a similar buy it now auction a couple of weeks ago that set me off on a DVD-audio buying spree. I also just got two Flaming Lips DVD-As this week, At War with the Mystics and Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots.
