My point is the Camaro is the only substitute offered. It's a substitute in the same sense as a Camaro is substitute for a Corvette. They both are decent cars and they will both get you the same place, but come on, get real.

I agree, and that is why in my original post I said, "I would never say never to streaming". So I will change my original statement to "It is a poor substitute for an actual physical blu-ray".My point is the Camaro is the only substitute offered.
The analogy here is your Corvette breaks down and rather than drive the Camaro offered to you as a substitute you choose to just stay home.
And some might. And there's nothing wrong with that. But no one should be surprised when most people take the Camaro because they have places they need to go and things they want to do.
Now, would you like to know how I really feel?
I know nothing about AndrewDixonMusic & with all due respect; those results mean little.
Me neither - it was just the only survey I found on Twitter. The final score was about the same, 333 votes total.I know nothing about AndrewDixonMusic & with all due respect; those results mean little.
What would be the results to this survey here at QQ?
Yes, it does feel kind of personal doesn't it?So no BluRay. Fine. Then why even put out the box? For the book and the pictures? Just stream the whole damn thing.
If you're not going to put the 5.1 mix on a disc, just don't sell the discs at all. Why should surround fans have to resort to streaming while the stereo fans get their discs?
How many homes these days even have a CD player?

It seems ridiculous and foolish to worry about the environmental impact of a plastic product with a shelf life of 100 years, when we throw away billions of one use plastic bottles every year.
There's literally a paper on how streaming music is causing more environmental harm than CDs.
Plus, in this case, the 'Music Box' (cover) might be 100% biodegradable, but was being shipped around the globe still. There's literally a paper on how streaming music is causing more environmental harm than CDs.
Was Greta Thunberg singing background on it? ....How dare you
