See if you can get a SACD/CD player, there are some great SACDs already released and being released by DV you'll miss out on otherwise

There are some used Sony Blu-ray players out there for USD 50-60 that will play multichannel SACD via HDMI. And there are UK equivalents. Heck you can even rip SACD to hard drives with these machines.

The DV SACDs are hybrids so you will get excellent stereo versions from the CD layer. And then someday if you get a player with SACD capabilities you'll have a ready-made surround collection.

Thanks for all the help guys,this morning I bought myself a nice 2nd hand Sony blu ray player which plays SACD’s, now my problem has moved, I had to take away my all region dvd player to make way for this so need to find a way to make this all region now as I have a load of dvd’s from the US and Canada
