Santana "Borboletta" 7-inch Sony Japan MultiCh SACD coming November 6th, 2024

I ordered mine last Wednesday and got it on Monday. What a world, if we manage to not screw it up!
I had this album when it came out, then lost track of it when I moved from Detroit to Denver in 1982. I came across a nice used LP about five years ago and, while I can't remember why I walked into a room by the time I get there, I did remember this album in detail all these years later. So I was predisposed to loving this disc and I do. Caravanserai, Welcome, and Borboletta, all on the playlists of a misspent youth.

Yes it is, a digital representation just can't seem to replicate how the actual cover's reflective iridescence looks. My version actually is not one of my scans, as it will come out nearly black from the reflective activity. The one I show was the best I could come up with, and is a Frankenstein style put together from other sources and some Photo editing to include the Quadraphonic text bits.
