Only 13 posts because I'm certainly no expert, but I'm continuing to learn a LOT from all the knowledgeable folks here.
This entire group is by far the most enjoyable that I've ever been associated with.
Well you got a great start....when I was new I just kept my head down and tried to blend in...you grabbed the bull by the horns...yes there are knowledgeable people on here...and there are some friendly one's as well...and some that are not...but most are nice and willing to help....it's not the cheapest hobby...and it is extremely addictive...but once you get hooked...there is nothing like it:)

That is for sure the Elton replacement disc. Based on the weight you showed, it matches mine identically. Since I have an account with Fedex, it tells me who is shipping it. When I log out, then track it....it doesn't tell me that info.

I was thrown off because I've been expecting a package from Fed Ex.
I went back and checked my text messages that they sent with my tracking number.
There's actually two tracking numbers, and one of them is my replacement disc!!
 
That did cross my mind. All I want is the surround and the Mick Ronson tracks.
But I also want to support bluray atmos.
Hmmm...
 
My replacement disc arrived yesterday, FedEx priority from London, just five days after my initial emailed request. Incredible customer support and fulfillment. (I'm looking at you, Rhino Direct!)

I wasn't willing to pay the initial asking price for this set, but--inexplicable omission of Greg Penny's completed Atmos mix aside--I'm not at all sorry to have gotten it at such a discount. The book alone is worth 38 bucks!
 
That’s unfortunate. I ordered the box a few weeks ago and received an automated response to make sure I included my phone number. Then nothing for days. Emailed them numerous times and they finally responded saying my replacement disc would sent out in 4 - 5 days. It’s dues to arrive tomorrow. Good luck to you.

Will try going through their regular support system...
I received the box in the mail today and sent a request for a replacement Blu-ray disc to be sent. I received the same automated response.

I'm really frustrated. I wouldn't have ordered the box if I had known this. Returning it is causing both hassle and expenses. The costs are such that it might be cheaper not to return it.

If you find out how to get in touch with them through their regular support system, please let us know. I can't even find an email for customer support on their website
 
Yikes this thread took a turn for the worse. Hopefully you figure this out, it would be sad to think they ran out of corrected discs then just turned off the email to not have to deal with angry customers/fulfill their obligation.

I hope we can find another email address that might get forwarded internally. I purchased it 8/10 but held off on the replacement because I was mid-move from Maryland to Chicago. Being that I was uncertain about the time frame and whether it’d be USPS (thus forwarded automatically) or UPS/FedEx, I decided I’d make the request when I got here. D’oh.

So when I read your post I immediately wrote them, hoping it was a glitch. I was briefly relieved when I got an email failure notice (turns out your link goes to “OperationsSuppot”) so I pasted a fresh email to the corrected address… just to get the same response you did.

My copy is still sealed but my Amazon order doesn’t show it eligible for return. It isn’t the end of the world. This part of the scenario is what always kept me from getting Dark Side Immersion. I’ve forgotten what this set’s actual error is; maybe that’s for the best.
