Did anyone actually get the repaired version in the set?
I did. I ripped it - the 5.1 is 96-24 and the Mick Ronson Madman Across The Water is the first track (its a later track on the SACD) and the original track of Madman is later in my rip. I ordered it I think a month or two, maybe more, after it came out.

It's so good to see UM standing behind their product like this.

My fav Elton is still Tumbleweed Connection,,
I'd give anything for a modern multich release.
Please ----
You don't have the SACD? Or are you after an Atmos mix?

I also sent an email a few days ago. Other than an auto populated email that didn't say much, I have not heard anything back.
Hi Gene
I received an Auto reply also stating 'make sure to include phone number...blab blah blah...."
So I resent my original with phone number and I got a real reply ( sorta ) stating that replacement disc will ship in 3 to 4 business days

Yep, that's exactly what I got, and I did send name/phone/address. No response back.

Noticed on my daily usps digest email, that tells me incoming and outgoing packages for my address, that something is arriving tomorrow from California I don't recognize. I wonder if it's the replacement disc.

I emailed my receipt/request in yesterday and got a response that I needed to provide my phone number # and that the replacement will be here in 4-5 days

Here is the email I got, as you can see...it's an automated response and they haven't gotten back to me...even after I provided my phone number (they already had my address from my original email)

Same exact situation here, Gene. I think we should give it a week and try again.
I'd say don't fret. My experience is similar: I sent them a query with my deets (sans digits), they answered on Monday with the standard line about how they'd get a replacement disc in the mail within 4-5 days if I would also provide my phone number for customs purposes, I immediately obliged, and then radio silence--until 5 minutes ago, when I received a shipping notice from FedEx that a package was on its way from "UMG Supply Chain" in London and had already been received at their facility in Feltham, Michigan, with an expected delivery date of tomorrow.

I bought the box when it was originally released. When the replacement program was offered, I contacted UMG right away. I got the same automated response that you did. I sent them the information that they asked for. I received no response to that correspondence, but the replacement blu-ray arrived about two weeks later.
