Talk of this on the other forum as well as a Zappa Facebook group. I don't see it listed yet on any official site or retailer.

As much as this is a great era of Zappa music, I feel like I have enough live material which I don't listen to very often. Just gimme the studio releases in surround already.

Well, they actually came through with the two quads! And about half of the catalog genuinely properly mastered in 24 bit. But yeah, all the rest and the handful of early mono mixes, please and think you! You mean the unreleased quad Roxy, right?

This set looks to be awesome! I'll take any and all of this! An actual 12 channel mix with an aside legacy live release?! Not just a cursory stereo mix on a CD? Well, I haven't heard the mix yet... Hitting a lot of correct buttons so far though!

The mix will not be by Frank's hand delivering the arrangement like only he could and did. So will probably have a "radio broadcast" vibe to it like a lot of these post live releases. Hope it's more like those unexpected 7.1.4 remixes of Waka Jawaka and Grand Wazoo than the lesser remixes of Apostrophe or Over-Nite.
