I think it's on a different label? Possibly different budgeting/marketing strategy.
In any case, yeah, I've heard about more chagrin over fans missing out with this one than any previous one.

Yes, different labels: C/C is on Music For Nations (Sony), while THC is on Virgin (Universal).

The 2L recordings I’ve heard are all excellent, and now there’s another one I simply must get.

The harmonica is certainly an overlooked instrument in orchestral music. I have a couple of CDs of harmonica concertos, and even a Harmonicats classical CD.
