I sat down and listened to the New Bob Dylan CD in its entirety on Friday afternoon. His voice, which seemed unlistenable for much of the 90's up until lately has returned, or my ears have gotten very sloppy. It has Dylan's first Number One Single, "Murder Most Foul" which clocked in at 16:58. i was mesmerized by how relaxed the playing was. The number 9 track (of 10), titled "Key West" is a 9:36 opus that is a huge highlight on the CD...back to Surround sound land now!!!

I believe that this is an early remaster without pops & clicks. The fidelity is amazing. The sound just jumps out of the speakers.
Can be cranked very loud !

When I make changes to my listening environment or equipment, I return to this Nils Lofgren SACD. Listening to the sparkle and spread of Lofgren’s guitar helps me diagnose stereo imaging and separation. “Keith Don’t Go” is a revelation. PLAY LOUD.

Saw him in Pittsburgh years ago and he had a quad setup in the theater. So it would seem to make sense he would remix in surround.
