I have seen that cover of the new Bon Jovi for a couple of months now.
Looks like some big city, New York? I wonder if he liked wearing that jacket or not for photo shoot?

This album has some pretty nice songs starting with Legendary which is great IMO. I know I am in the minority but some of Bon Jovi later albums especially this House is not for Sale are stronger than the more popular early albums. Bon Jovi is underrated for such a well known popular band. Their lead guitarist Phil X has been great.
