Storm Corrosion; Steven Wilson; BDA 5.1 96k 24b: I do prefer the PCM over the DTS-HD on my modest system. Didn't take long for this one to hook me. The phantom rear center on the title track is quite nice. Don't care for the Hans Arnold on screen art for some reason and usually go for pure audio.

Ten Years After - Space In Time. ........amazing, gotta be one of the best quad mixes

Hawkwind - Warriors On The Edge Of Time

Bob Dylan - Nashville Skyline (fan made LP rip) the track Nashville Skyline Rag is brilliant in quad.

Celine Dion - All The Way... A Decade Of Song (MCH-SACD)

something thats suits my wife also ..I would prefer the BD from Las Vegas ..but that was not part of the discussion :D

Beck - Sea Change - SACD 5.1 - Elliot Heaven - Baby I'm a Lost Cause...

Kompendium - Beneath The Waves DVD-A (how could I not already have this one until last week?) followed by Ray Thomas - From Mighty Oaks DD DVD (heck, it could be 8 track, be grateful)

Sunday mornings are a nice catch up time.

Starless and Bible Black. It's always the same with every KC disc I buy. On first listen I'm thinking oh I don't know if I'm going to like this. 2nd listen; 3rd listen - the same. And then some time shortly after that it's oh man this is great stuff. Tonight that's what happened with this disc. Fracture - what a tune!

Primus......not exactly my cup of cheese musically, but the mix is very good on several of the songs. Hey, my local store is finally able to get the Hawkwind disc for me, should be in tomorrow. John

very rare R&B DVD-A got today from german Ebay...never heard about that band

One twelve - Hot and wet

sounds somewhere similar like my R.Kelly or Soulchild DVD-A's

also for me completly unknown...have checked that about e-mail conversations with the seller ..and is was cheaper than the moon prices at amazon :D

yeah I have the 112 SACD but I've only played it once and don't remember it being that great musically or mixwise, just like so much of this stuff I need to give it a fair crack of the whip. I remember quite enjoying that musiq soulstar that ABMickeys on about in his 112 post, tho I felt it could still be a bit more adventurously mixed, it was enjoyable.

I like the mix ..its very active and discrete too..note that discrete like N.E.R.D. but more fun like the R.Kelly one for sure...you should gave it another spin :smokin

the R.Kelly sounds nice but the surrounds not great.. I will try the 112 SACD again soon & give it another chance. the N.E.R.D. surround mix is great but the music doesn't do that much for me.
