Ol' Blue Eyes Is Back - Frank Sinatra (CD-4)

"..think of all we had before,
let me try once more,
we can have it all
you and i again,
just forgive me or i'll die,
please let me try again.."

sumptuous arrangements couching the incomparable voice are currently pouring out of all 4 channels in a mix with such clarity its like ol' Blue Eyes is in my room.. is there any chance the Sinatra Quads may see a Quadio style box set release someday? i hope so!

Adam, ALL the Sinatra masters from the REPRISE era are currently controlled by the Sinatra Estate and any RBCD reissues are released through Concord Records.

Glad you have a pristine copy of Ole Blue Eyes. Only wish Warner had released September of My Years and FS Greatest Hits when they had the chance [as both titles were candidates for DVD~A 5.1 release].

I have finally caught my breath.
From 10.30 this morning I have watched the most incredible game of one day cricket ..ever
It was the world cup final between England and New Zealand
England won...don't ask me how!!
The match was drawn
Then the super ova was drawn
So it was decided on who got the most boundaries.
Just incredible.

Sorry non cricket folk..that meant the world to me.

While it was on, I listened to my complete collection of the Electric Light Orchestra CD's. All played through the new SM2.

If you are still not sure about this little marvel and you have the spare cash, then I can only, honestly, recommend this to one and all.
It brings new life to those discs that are now able to join the surround family.

And I'm not on commission either!! :ROFLMAO:

great find, Ralphie! 😉
however it's a tough find (and the old sa-cd.net entry unfortunately takes you to incorrect vendor links for the CD) so i knocked up a quick Discogs listing which might help smoke out a copy or two for sale someday, you never know.. 🤔

What makes this even more special is the fact HRAudio~net lists it as a TELARC title on the 'Accord' Label. Stunning sound and Janis Ian plays and sings on a cut, as well. Typical Telarc audiophile sound.
