My pre-purchase research steered me towards the quad. SACD. It sounds like the original vinyl that I'm used to. I won't bother buying another version.

Interesting! So far, I have found the quad least enjoyable. Each version needs more listens though.

I don't know why really, but Woman Tonight is one of my all-time favorite America songs and I love the surround version. Just outstanding! And, cranked is even better...

I do remember this was definitely the first Tull album I ever bought. Listening now in 5.1. Wow, this is a $174.00 now on Amazon, I certainly didn't pay that much.
