My absolute favorite Jeff Beck, always has been, 5.1 Japanese SACD, orginal release 1971, this SACD released in 2017.
Compared to my orginal CD the DR's are almost toe to toe.
This SACD DR's are 10, 11's, 12's, 13.
Track 6 New Ways/Train Train just rips it. One of those moments like The Who's Live At Leeds My Generation and Magic Bus where you can hear Keith Moon take a deep breath and the guitar playing of Pete Townsend is literally off the hook, especially when you know he is flying around the stage and playing.

Hawkwind - Warrior on the Edge of Time

I got this purely based on the fact that it's mixed by Steven Wilson, and the surround mix is great. The music is pretty fun but dated; it's early '70s space rock with lyrics about wizards (or something....). Some bits do seem to have a bit of a Spinal Tap vibe to it.

Oddly, the track "Motorhead" isn't included on the DVD but is included on the CD. (Side note for those unaware: the bass player on this album, Lemmy, was fired from the band after they made this album. So Lemmy formed his own band and named it after that song.)
