AFAIK, there's no issues with the Quad mix on any of the SACD copies, but I just didn't want to open up and play my copy until I got the replacement disc, cause unlike a lot of members on here, I actually care about having the corrected mono mix. Sly's music and recordings are made for mono. The extreme separation on both the stereo and Quad mixes are a gimmick, but these mixes don't hold up that well today compared to so many other mixes. What still holds up today is the phenomenal music that Sly and the Family Stone created, and the music is the real reason why it's worth having on SACD.
