Tony Banks A Curious Feeling DVD-V DTS 96/24 the 2016 re-release: Finally got this one yesterday, took over a month to get here. It's all new to me and while not an adventurous mix it is quite good.

It is new to me too - and I like it a lot! The song "For a While" is a favourite.

Gary Moore & Friends - One Night In Dublin: A Tribute To Phil Lynott BluRay
Surroundwise this is your usual concert mix with some audience in the rears, but the performance is so good. This is the next best thing to Thin Lizzy with Phil Lynott. I 'm not able to watch "Black Rose" just once, I have to see it at least twice in a row. If you like twin lead guitars like me, than you're in heaven. After "Black Rose" follows "Cowboy Song" which is just as great, and when this transfers seamlessly to "The Boys Are Back In Town" you see a guy in the audience literally exploding out of pure joy, and that's exactly how I feel watching my screen... Just two words to add: PLAY LOUD

Finally playing the new "Head to the Sky" SACD by Earth Wind & Fire, released by Audio Fidelity.
I'm going to need to listen to this one again before voting as I have not been concentrating on it that much while catching up on some housework, but I think this will definitely be at least an '8', just like "Open Our Eyes". :)

Radiohead "A Moon Shaped Pool" SpecWeb upmix... The new album separates nicely into surround... Listening to track 2 "Daydreaming"... Haunting, beautiful, and reminds me of the "Kid A" era.

Basil Poledouris - "Conan The Barbarian Motion Picture Soundtrack" SpecWeb Upmix... also known as the soundtrack to my life when I was 13! Still sounds great today, and better than ever in surround! Crom!

Waaaa! Why is my pic sideways??? Lol

btw....anyone who doesn't have this disc should check it out. It can be found cheap, and even though it's a Silverline disc, it's a nice sounding and discreet 5.1 mix. One of their good ones.

And for those not into 80s music much, this album is more accousticy recordings of some of their classic tunes. A very nice re-introduction to some very good songs by a very good band who might have gotten dismissed by many back in the day.

Highly recommended!
