YUM! :p

How can this not be one of your favourites? ;)

The Quad mix is spectacular..!! :worthy

The mix is very good, but I feel the songs on this one is little "lighter" in a way,but it may grow on me.The only albums I've heard at all
before is CTA DTS disc and II and V on DVD A.I was not into this music then.

GORGEOUS looking onscreen menu... you've got me DROOLING again..!! :p

Ah, there's nothing wrong with liking a long one.. I personally favour Superkings over regular smokes.. ahhh.. I like to savour a nice long ciggy and say "*&$£ you all world!" for five minutes (I know its a horrible habit and it never did anybody any good.. but its my only vice now, well that and the odd vodka or ten.. Ahem... )

Well said..! I call it a bargain, the best I ever had.. the best I ever haaaaaaaaaad..

Oh hang on, I did that joke the other day on here.

HA! So good I did it twice.

"Chicago, Chicago, that toddlin' town...
Chicago, Chicago, I'll show you around.."

I'm listening to this right now as well and while some of the songwriting isn't quite as strong, it's beautifully recorded. ...and the hits are really, really good.

its a bit darker album than most of the rest of their catalog and was pretty much the last of Lamm being in hyper-political mode. This was the first Chicago album I owned as a kid, though, so I've got a big soft-spot for this one. I'm a probably a bit biased as a result, but I think it's pretty solid throughout.

V, VI and VII are my favorites. I know everyone loves the first three double albums, and there's much on those to love, but each have about one side or so of material that I thought was just 'meh' back in the day and hasn't aged well either. VIII, X and XI (which, dang, is SOOOOO unfortunate that it can't be included in this set!) all have their moments but are spotty with some filler tracks.

Taking a break from the magnificence of Starless to listen to this blu-ray. Crimson is in my top five, but sometimes I need something with a little more blues influence to cleanse the palate.

I'm currently listening to the Quad conversion of the Chicago's Greatest Hits QS lp (ta Adam!). I don't have the Blu-Ray box set yet so I'm listening to this so that I can enjoy the new set even more when I do receive it.

Well, after all the slamming Rhino took after they went quiet following the Aretha release, they came back bigger than I could've imagined with this set. This thing is really, really nice. I sat here for about an hour today after work when I got it, just looking over all the packaging album by album, and still I'm a little in disbelief...
