Us yokels were busy sacrificing goats to scare away the moving star, when the carrier owl (well it was dark) dropped a note saying shiny light in the sky is the space station...………...we're still looking for the train!

Thanks for the heads-up. This is much less than what I was considering paying for a Q8 of "Seven" by Poco:

Looks like there's plenty of other discs there to keep me occupied for while, too.
So I started my day listening to a newly acquired 3 3/4ips stereo reel of Simon & Garfunkel's Greatest Hits. Collecting old prerecorded stereo reels has become a bit of an addiction lately. My Akai GX-270D-SS spent way too many years as an ornament on the shelf.
I understand the nostalgia involved in some of these things from the past...but you can ask the members here that have these things and most or all of them will tell you that the Dutton discs are superior sounding to those formats of the past...ask fredblue(Adam)...he has quite a collection of the past quad examples...and I'm sure he will tell you that these Dutton SACDs are better...and then when you consider the cost...it's no real comparison..but I do understand the "cool" factor
Thanks Brian - I'll probably get this. This new album is excellent in Surround Sound DSD. Definitely worth a purchase!

My problem with the disc is that I haven't been able to find it for over a year. I have the unopened AF SACD but seem to have lost my lovely DVD-A, though I still have the jewel case. I once returned a music disc to Fletnix and they promptly returned it and asked for the movie disc. I look for it now and again, must be here somewhere.Excellent sounding disc! One of the first ones I purchased!
Down To Earth by Peter Gabriel plays over the end credits of Wall-E with a great artsy animation that shows humanity rebuilding society on Earth. Great song... I never noticed if it's a surround mix of the song or just stereo in the fronts. I'd check it out, but that blu-ray has been MIA for years.
I have that on a DTS-CD. Haven't played it in a while. I should dig it out and give it a spin.

It's a good one. The album has generated some kudos online.
The comments led me to listen to the sound clips and then buy it. A winner.
