one of the most universally panned MCH mixes....
Rush Signals BD ..

Such a guilty pleasure...

yes, the frontcentric with cymbals and the odd thing thrown in at the rear channels mix might throw some people off but then , you can't please everybody...
Loads clearer than the LP and a bit better than the best CD I've heard. Weird, but nerdy cool album. I like the alternate takes too.
It gets spins at Bag End now and then.

Rush - A Farewell To Kings (BD-A)
Please let there be more of this perfection.

Continuing the Crimson week, today's Red day. I was reading in the morning a post about Starless at SHF and I've been humming the song all day until now.
What a phenomenal record Red is, it's really a pity that this Crimson version never got to reform. I even had some momentaneous hopes that John Wetton could have joined the 7-pieces formation until Jakko was announced and then sadly John was gone. It would have been really interesting to have had John playing bass with Tony and of course his lead vocals. Back to the music now...

Just finished Kamakiriad....I think this has been overlooked because there really isn't any signature song...but you have that "album feel" to this one...you settle in and it feels right...I really get that warm buzz...that feel good emotion:cool:

The copy I have is one I captured somewhere on the Wild Wild Web  (I have Nightfly and Morph obtained from legitimate sources somewhere on the Amazon, never caught me a Kamakiriad for some unknown reason ). They really need to re-release this (and the other 2...and maybe mix Condos in 5.1 too...come on just do it(y)) on Blu-ray so I can release mine back into the wild.

I just picked that disc out of my surround library with about 3 others .

I think "Snowbound " is a signature tune fwiw , also has the video on that DVDA .

I saw him perform in Chicago during his Mock Tudor tour. It’s was great. Enjoy!
He is mesmerising, I've seen him quite a few times and it always rains! He has an amazing stage presence, I saw him perform solo at the Trowbridge Folk Festival a few years ago just him and a guitar, you didn't realise it was just him on stage.
